Green peas croquette with white sauce
Ingredients
Green peas/ dry green peas (soaked overnight) – I and half cup
Chana dal (soaked overnight) - 1 cup
Rice flour and corn flour- 1 cup
Suji– ½ cup
Bread crumbs ½ cup
French beans – 1 cup
Capsicum – ½ cup
Carrot – ½ cup
Cauliflower- – ½ cup
Spring onions
Any other seasonal vegetable of one’s choice
Onions – 3 medium size
Tomatoes – 4-5 medium size
Coriander leaves
Green chilies – 6-7 medium size
Coconut milk – 400 ml
Sesame seeds paste – 50 gms
Garlic and Ginger paste – 2 tbl spoons
Sugar – 3 tbl spoons
Refined oil for frying and cooking
Soya sauce
Cinnamon powder – ½ spoon
Olive oil for garnishing

Recipe  

The croquette
Grind the chana dal, green peas and 2-3 green chillies to make a paste. Do not add water while grinding.
Add ¼ cup of suji, half cup rice flour& corn flour in the paste. Add salt as per taste and refrigerate for half an hour. 

Put rest of the suji corn & rice flour and bread crumbs in a plate. Make small cutlets and roll through dry flour and bread crumbs. Fry each croquette in shallow oil until brown on all sides.

The curry  
Mix half cup french beans, ginger, carrots, onions, garlic, coriander leaves, 3-4 green chillies, fish sauce,  soya sauce and sugar. Grind well to make a thick paste.

Fry all finely coped vegetables in very less oil for 2-3 minutes and keep aside.

Add oil in a pan and heat for 30 seconds and add the sugar. Add the sesame paste and cook for two minutes. Add green curry paste and cook for two minutes. Now add all the vegetables and ginger garlic paste and mix it well. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and salt for taste. Pour the coconut milk and cook for 30-40 mins. Keep adding little water in between while stirring

Garnish with olive oil
